With the advent of the information age, the computer, as the modern people's "general intelligence language", has gradually entered the middle and primary school class. Different from the traditional subjects, information technology lesson should not only pay attention to improving students'practical skills, but also pay more attention to the cultivation of students'information literacy competency. As the function of intermediary, the information technology teachers are very important. Now more and more education technology professional students and computer professional students went to the post as an information technology teacher. And the information technology teachers'teams are more and more regular.However, as a result of the influences of many factors, such as the social factors and school factors, the middle school information technology teachers face many problems in their daily teaching and developing, which severely affect teachers' self-efficacy. As the key factors which adjust teachers'internal motive and external behavior, the teachers'self-efficacy directly affects the teacher's professional identity, professional sense of belonging and teaching enthusiasm. And these factors will directly affect the teaching effect and students'study achievement. This article firstly investigated the current problems existing in the middle school information technology teachers'self-efficacy through a questionnaire, then classified and analysed the influencing factors from the objective and subjective aspects. Finally the paper raised a series of strategies for improving the middle school information technology teachers' self-efficacy, and collected the middle school information technology teachers'feedback to the strategies through the second questionnaire in order to broaden the self-efficacy's applications, rich the self-efficacy theory, and influence relevant departments'policy. This paper mainly includes the following five parts:In the first part, it briefly introduced the background, purpose and importance of the research determined to research on the middle school teachers'self-efficacy status and training strategies from the teachers'self-efficacy perspective on the basis of analysing the middle school teachers'self-efficacy. In this part, it also briefly introduced the research contents and methods.In the second part, it introduced the theoretical basis of this study. The Bandura's self-efficacy theory was widely used in education, medical treatment, training and other areas as soon as it was put forward, and it was the key factors adjusting the internal motive and the external behavior. It mainly analyzed the definition, function and characteristic dimensions of the self-efficacy. The teachers'self-efficacy theory is still not mature in domestic, and there are still different opinions on its connotation, theoretical paradigm,and so on. After briefly introduced the related theory of self-efficacy, it discussed the problems of the teachers'self-efficacy. It analyzed the connotation of the teachers'self-efficacy, the research significance, main characteristics, the existing problems and development prospect.In the third part, it mainly analyzed the existing problems of the current self-efficacy of the middle school information technology teachers using the questionnaire analysis method. It pointed out that middle school information technology teachers now have a low self-efficacy in daily teaching and working, because the information technology lesson was not taken seriously in the school. Then it classified and analysed the factors which influence the middle school information technology teachers'self-efficacy from social factors, school factors, teachers'individual factors, and so on.In the fourth part, it put forward a series of strategies for improving the middle school information technology teachers'self-efficacy from two main aspects,basing on the analysis of factors which influence the middle school information technology teachers'self-efficacy. Then made a second questionnaire for the strategies and sent to the information technology teachers to ask for the feedback.In the fifth part, it summarized the research on the middle school information technology teachers'self-efficacy, pointed out the defects of the papers and identified the direction in the following research.
