Research On Development Strategy Of Operational Table Tennis Club In Tongliao City

With the rapid economic development and social progress in China,people's ever-increasing cultural and living standards have an increasing demand for sports activities.From the introduction of the outline of the national fitness program in 1995 to the national fitness program(2016-2020)and the implementation of the outline of the healthy China2030 program,people's awareness of participating in physical exercise has been growing.After busy work and life,people are more concerned about their own physical conditions.More and more people participate in physical fitness,which promotes the continuous development and progress of China's sports industry.Table tennis has a solid mass foundation,is one of the public participation exercise projects.As an important part of table tennis industry,business table tennis club can meet people's consumption and demand for table tennis.This article USES the literature material method,field survey method,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,the method of SWOT to Inner Mongolia Tongliao city 21 operating table tennis club management and consumer research,trying to find out some problems in operating table tennis club,and tries to put forward the corresponding development strategy,hope to the future development prospect of Tongliao city operating table tennis club,to the healthy development of Tongliao city table tennis club and provide reference for management departments to formulate strategic countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows:(?)Tongliao operational table tennis club is in the initial stage of development as a whole,with a relatively small scale of operation,a business structure dominated by individual investment,and a business model dominated by the mixed system of membership system andnon-membership system.Although the club is basically profitable,the participation of female consumers in the club is poor,the participants in the exercise are older,and there are relatively few teenagers and young adults.The development prospect of the club is good and the potential sports market is huge.(?)The soft power of Tongliao operational table tennis club needs to be improved,and the management system of the club has not been improved.The chain operation mode is relatively backward,the management level of managers needs to be improved,the club coaches are short of resources,and the coaching level of existing coaches needs to be improved.(?)Tongliao operational table tennis clubs lack effective advertising and publicity,and fail to take advantage of new media means.Many operational table tennis clubs have insufficient popularity in the early operation.The development of other sports clubs in Tongliao has become the main competitor for the development of operational table tennis clubs in Tongliao,which is not conducive to the healthy development of operational table tennis clubs in Tongliao.(?)A SWOT analysis conclusion: Tongliao city operating table tennis club advantage is mainly in the development of their own advantages for the development of the club,table tennis club consumption level is suitable for the local living standards,the main disadvantage of Tongliao city population age distribution,to participate in the crowd range is not wide,its developing opportunities for the people to participate in exercise enthusiasm degree is higher,rapid economic growth of residents increased leisure time,large market potential,the challenge is the operator of the lack of relevant knowledge,the development of other sports club,impact of table tennis club,unfair competition between clubs at the same time.
