With the development of science and technology, network technology is becoming more perfect, more and more people get the information from the network, the explosive growth of information and the acceleration of information dissemination will undoubtedly expand the way people access to information, improved access to information efficiency. However, the load capacity of each person's information is limited, when the information obtained more than the information load, they produced the "information overload". Apart from that, people who in the ocean of information, when they want to obtain the required accuracy of the information has become more difficult. Therefore, the use of information generated leader to the compression invisible force, people will feel confused, distracted, leading to anxiety and psychological tension, this information caused by the anxiety of information called "information anxiety".In connection with the phenomenon that the information anxiety are widespread and the influences on people's work and life. Through literature review, choose the information anxiety of college students as the study object. The introduction of self-efficacy and perfectionism of college students, analysis the mechanism of information anxiety, with the AMOS structural equation model to explore technology, probe into the relations between the information anxiety level and perfectionism self-efficacy of college students. At last, according to analysis of information anxiety make up college students information anxiety model.First, preparation of information anxiety questionnaire, the results showed reasonable reliability and validity of the questionnaire can be used as investigative tools for further research. Then the preparation of self-efficacy questionnaire and perfectionism questionnaire, the results showed that the questionnaire survey found psychological measurement requirements. Information anxiety constituted mainly by five dimensions:information literacy, database or search engine quality, information quality, information needs.Through Information Anxiety questionnaire survey found that the information anxiety has significant qualifications on the education background gender and specialty of the university students. In which academic qualifications, graduate students have higher anxiety level than undergraduate students:in gender, the female with higher anxiety than the male; in professional, liberal arts students is higher than the other three disciplines on anxiety level, science and engineering students have a similar level of anxiety, the anxiety of medical students was relatively low.Through regression analysis, we get the final standardization of information anxiety college students linear equations. The Information anxiety=0.413×information cognition+0.395×information literacy+0.264×database or search engine quality+0.220×information quality+0.229×information needs.Study of the relationship between self-efficacy, perfectionism, and information anxiety found that between self-efficacy and information anxiety have a significant negative correlation indicating that students who has high self-efficacy, would have low level of information anxiety; between information anxiety and perfectionism have significant positive correlation, indicating that high perfectionism students have a high level information anxiety.Through Information anxiety model exploration by AMOS 17.0, we get Information anxiety structural equation model derived map, combined with college students information anxiety analysis obtained anxiety model.
