As a new round of basic educational reform, more and more people began to pay a attention to the validity of class teaching. Reading is the important part of Chinese teaching. As a result, the validity of Chinese reading teaching can improve students'knowledge, self-cultivation and reading ability. To improve the validity of reading teaching in the middle school, teachers must set up the right conception of effective teaching, and master the effective teaching strategy and method about Chinese reaching.The thesis tries to discuss the effective teaching strategy of Chinese reading in the middle school from effective teaching. The paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter tells the background and development of effective teaching of Chinese reading. The second chapter explains the definition of effective teaching and Chinese reading teaching in the middle school. Meanwhile, the thesis puts forward the viewpoint of new class sign about it. The third chapter analyses the current situation, points the problems and suggests some requirements. The fourth chapter introduces the preparation of Chinese reading teaching of the middle school, including the preparation of lessons, class design and the situations of students. The fifth chapter describes the application of the effective strategy of Chinese reading teaching in the middle school, from content, mode, means to evaluation. The last one sums up.
