Teachers are to develop people's career. The significance of their professional development is more important than the other members of society. In today's life-long education background, the continuing education for teachers to obtain continuing professional development is an important way. Pre-school Teachers Continuing Education is an important area of particular concern in our entire system of teacher education. Especially in the context of urban and rural areas, rural preschool teachers'continuing education need be more deeply studying.Chongqing, as the first provincial-level test area about China's urban and rural development, the continuing education of rural preschool teachers have a typical and exemplary value. The study use the self-making questionnaires, and random interviews, literature research, lessons summary and other research methods and means in the County of Chongqing City T case. We have a more in-depth survey and analysis about the preschool teachers status, problems and causes of continuing education. On this base, the study reached the following preliminary conclusions.(1) In general, the continuing education of rural preschool teachers in Chongqing T is not optimistic. Because the recognition of the continuing education of teachers is low mainly and on the content and effect, forms and means of satisfaction of continuing education in areas is not so high. So a lot of difficulties and lack of continuing education for rural preschool teachers make develop not so successfully.(2) The cause that leads to the status and the problem of continue education of preschool teachers of T County of Chongqing is municipality from three aspects. First, the reasons is from the local government and education authorities, mainly for insufficient attention to the pre-school education, and the management mechanism is not sound, training, insufficient funds and so on. The second reason is derived from training institutions, mainly for the training content is divorced from reality, a single training methods, training institutions'overlapping and so on. The third reason is derived from the kindergarten and the teachers themselves, mainly for the continuing education'vague knowledge and so on.(3) The improvement of continuing education of rural preschool teachers must have the urban and rural areas'vision and philosophy. So we must turn our focus of continuing education preschool teachers from the cities to rural areas as the most urgent task at the present. To this end, efforts should be the following: First, we must face as a whole, establish and improve mechanisms for rural preschool teachers staff training. Secondly, highlight key points, strengthen the backbone of the rural Kindergarten Teacher Education. Third, break the difficulties, promote interaction between urban and rural areas and rural preschool teachers'localization. Fourth, create a platform to promote early preschool teacher training bases in rural areas. Fifth, strengthen security, increase rural preschool teachers continuing education funds.
