How to realize local culture heritage in the new era has become a serious problem.Culture in significance is a group sharing system, it is the main resource of a nation's vitality and cohesion. Culture can be widely spread only through education, education plays a very important role in cultural heritage. Only through educates and use its function mechanism to develop the culture, can realize the cultural inheritance and the conformity, then propose strategies to solve the problems which appears in current local culture inheritance. This research forms the following viewpoints:First of all, educators should play cultural innovation function of education actively, through education to coordinate cultural change, help young people establish the correct values, put right state of mind and take an objective attitude towards the current cultural change, inspire their love for homeland.Secondly, we should pay more attention on campus cultural reconstruction, displays the school's function on the cultural inheritance. Through unifies the local culture characteristic, and properly use the local resource to development school-based curriculum, take seriously to training student's cross-culture consciousness.Finally, for the lack of local culture's resources in community education, we should take full use of community resources to carry out a variety of ways of local education, combined with characteristics of urban and rural development, and enhance people's awareness of local cultural identity.
