The non-intelligence factors are the essential psychological character and psychological base in the practical activities. During the process of students' growing up, the high school students can not study or live without the non-intelligence factors, because the cultivating and improving of non-intelligence factors is prerequisite to be succeed for them. So improving non-intelligence factors, through schooling, is special and positive for students'growing up and being succeed.The national new wave of curriculum reforms,which centered by improving students'non-intelligence factors, has been carriying out for less than a year in Chongqing. Initiating the study of non-intelligence factors against such a background would mutually improve with the Reform of New Curriculum.To improve students'non-intelligence factors through schooling, the core is to feel out the present level and current problems. The questionnaire on non-intelligence factors of high-school students had been modified and perfected after the first investigation. The questionnaire, which includes thirteen kinds of concrete non-intelligence factors, was used to survey hundreds of students in Bashu Secondary School, The Affiliated School of Southwest Normal University, Shizhu High School and Xituo High School. On the basis of research above and shown by the statistical results, the non-intelligence factors level is rather spotty in different schools, different grades and different classes. What is more, the difference of non-intelligence factors level between boys and girls is significant highly, because there are particular problems in their growing up as to girls. Based on the questionnaire and analysis of issues, we have formulated some corresponding measures on raising non-intelligence factors level of the high school students. The countermeares are as follow:1. We should enhance the awareness of people that the non-intellegence factors are more than important for everyone.2. It is necessary that supervision and management should be strengthened and rules and regulations should be reinforced, to to guarantee the implementation of the Reform of New Curriculum.3. Reinforce the effective guiding from teachers and pay attention to build favorable cultural atmosphere for students.4. Teachers of senior grade two should be trained on the background of the Reform of New Curriculum, just like teachers of senior grade one.5. Proscribe the hierarchical system in middle schools, and ban the long-standing custom-students are divided into excellent ones and ordinary ones.6. Optimize the distribution of urban and rural resources in education, and intensify the transformation of poverty-striken schools. At the same time, the headmasters and teachers in different schools should consolidate collaboration and communication, and enhance mutual support and practical help7. Unify the evaluation criteria and approvable standards between boys and girls,and sparkplug equality between boys and girls in family and schools.8. Increase sports activities to strengthen girls train, enhance the guiding on physical hygiene and psychological health, and heighten success education about female.
