| Since the launch and implementation of a new round of examination and enrollment system in 2014,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Shandong and other provinces and cities have carried out a pilot program of comprehensive evaluation of college enrollment.Comprehensive evaluation is an important reform direction of college enrollment system.Shandong Province,as the birthplace of Confucian culture,is deeply influenced by the tradition of education and culture.The competition in the college entrance examination is very fierce,which is a typical epitome of China’s long tradition of examination.At the same time,Shandong Province is also the second batch of new experimental provinces for college entrance examination reform.The research on the comprehensive evaluation of college admission reform in Shandong Province can provide reference for the reform of college entrance examination and enrollment system in other provinces and cities.Following the logic of "historical review--policy analysis--empirical research",this study systematically studied the reform process,policy text and reform status of comprehensive evaluation admission in Shandong Province.This paper reviews the reform of college admission to the comprehensive evaluation in China,analyzed the shandong province experimental college admission to the comprehensive evaluation of policy text,define the value orientation of admission to the comprehensive evaluation,of admission to the comprehensive evaluation of shandong university has carried on the empirical research,based on this,also selected the two through the case analysis of the distinctive universities in detail its admission to the comprehensive evaluation of the experience and practice.It is found that the comprehensive evaluation and admission mechanism of colleges and universities in Shandong Province is improving,and has made some achievements in promoting the selection of talents in colleges and universities,guiding the implementation of quality-oriented education in basic education and impooving the comprehensive quality of students.But at the same time,there are also some problems:people’s understanding of the comprehensive evaluation of admission is not clear,the instrumentalized cognitive tendency is more serious;Comprehensive evaluation of admission has become the "umbrella" of some unpopular majors,the preliminary examination process is arbitrary,the comprehensive quality file reference is a mere formality,the school assessment method is not scientific enough,the follow-up talent training link is not up to date,and the fairness is questionable.Through the analysis,this paper holds that the comprehensive evaluation and admission policy of colleges and universities in Shandong Province is not well propagated,the colleges and universities lack certain ability of enrollment and the traditional social and cultural thinking concepts of Shandong Province,which restrict the smooth implementation of comprehensive evaluation and admission.In view of this,it is necessary to change the educational concept and fully realize the important value of comprehensive evaluation and admission;Colleges and universities should enhance the ability of enrolling students and formulate scientific assessment methods.Implementing personalized talent training mode and establishing dynamic tracking mechanism;Improving the social supervision mechanism to ensure the smooth implementation of comprehensive evaluation and admission for colleges and universities. |
