At present,china is in the stage of social transition. So people's thinking way, value view living contexts have changed greatly.conflict and amalgamation of various cultures are important problems that world's people face.our country has many different nationalities; development between west and east,city and village,coastal and inland are very imbalanced,with the reform and openning up, massive external cultures flow into our country,School education is faced with complex cultural ecological environment and value choice, the issue of multiculture has becoming increasingly prominent.In the face of globalization and multicultural conflicts, what should school education do to cultivate students adapting to and dealing with the trend of development of world culture actively?How to do it? Professor Zhengjinzhou said that culture and education have a close connection.All sides of education have culture's prints. And education presents cultures now and then.To some extent,analyze various cultures is equal to analyze different culture types in education.Teaching materials are the most effective way to students'multicultural eduction,and teaching materials are mainly embodied by textbooks.Humanities and social disciplines has always been an important place that reflects the dominant culture,moral textbooks is playing an indispensable role more.This paper chosed teaching textbooks by People—education version of the Ideological and moral teaching material as the object of study,and took the cultural type as theory to make a multicultural analysis on the teaching materials.This paper includes five parts.The first part is an intruduction, including the reason why I do this study, the meaning of the paper,the general situation of this research,ideas and methods of study,defined the core concepts as brief description of the theory of multiculturalism. The secong part is the impact of multi-culture on moral education material, using the culture theory which is introduced in the first part to analyze the ideological and moral teaching textbook,dividing multi-culture in the textbooks into seven cultural types:common culture,national culture,class culture,gender culture,age culture,area culture, special culture.The third part is the most important and difficult part of the thesis, including three aspects:(1) According to the main body constitution and presentation of cultural types in People-education version of moral education textbooks,use tables to statistics the proportion of each cultural type in the textbooks,and make a brief analysis; (2) analyze the content of moral textbooks specifically how the elections reflect seven cultural types;(3)Summarying the characteristics of materials which are reflecting the multiculure.The fourth part, I pointed at problems in the textbook,and tried to find the reason of problems.The fifth part,I supply some suggestions. I emphasize again that the moral education material helpful to cultivate students positive culture views.But the difficulties that moral education textbook embodies various cultures,it takes a long time to get farther reasearch.
