Due to the existence of objective factors such as tight Chinese class hours,heavy tasks and high learning pressure of students in middle schools,how to effectively carry out reading teaching has become one of the focus of teaching activities.As a special literary activity,reading teaching is not only a literary criticism activity,but also a link in the educational activity of training students to carry out literary criticism.In this theoretical field of vision,all literary texts can be brought into the teaching activities of reading.Based on this consideration,this paper included the whole book reading works in the middle school textbooks into the text materials of reading teaching,and realized the auxiliary role of reading teaching by comparing with different text.This paper focuses on the auxiliary application of the whole book A Dream of Red Mansions in reading teaching.It is mainly divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the feasibility of applying the whole book's reading works as text materials in reading teaching.Mainly from the theoretical basis and practical value of two aspects.The first section mainly introduces the theoretical basis and teaching value of the whole book's reading works as text materials used in reading teaching.Firstly,the text material and scaffolding teaching are theoretically defined,which is the starting point of the research.The second section mainly makes a comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire survey conducted on the reading teaching of the whole book.By sorting out the data of the questionnaire,the author finds that students have a certain interest in using the whole book as text material in reading teaching,and teachers also have a certain spontaneous attempt.This is the basis of our research.The second chapter mainly discusses the implementation strategies and methods of using the whole text as text material in reading teaching.The first section mainly discusses the overall strategy of applying text materials to reading teaching.It is mainly analyzed from four aspects:language construction strategy,thinking promotion strategy,aesthetic appreciation strategy and cultural extension strategy.The second section mainly takes A Dream of Red Mansions as an example to make a summary of the specific application of the whole book as text material in teaching.Mainly from the appreciation of language art,construct multiple thoughts,appreciation of characters and appreciation of traditional culture four aspects of in-depth analysis.The third chapter mainly discusses the teaching design of using the whole book to read text materials in reading teaching.The first section mainly discusses the teaching design of reading Dou 'e Yuan using A Dream of Red Mansions as the text material.Xiangling and Dou 'e share some similarities in their fates.Through analyzing the tragic images,the author learns the methods of appreciation.The second section mainly discusses the teaching design of reading A Dream of Red Mansions as text material applied to Epang Palace Ode.Through learning the language art of describing architecture,improving the language expression ability.
