With the development of society, a qualified college student not only should master the theoretical knowledge but also the business awareness, entrepreneurial capacity and mentality even better. Under the rapid development of knowledge,economy, science, technology and the dramatic changes in the world, entrepreneurship education, as a new educational concept, has played an important role.Since Tsinghua University carried out the first competition of business plan in 1998, other colleges of China begin to start the course of entrepreneurship education in succession. However, with the low rate of entrepreneurship and success, the present situation is not promising. Therefore, as the idea of quality being life is widely accepted today, how to ensure the quality of entrepreneurship education in colleges has become widespread concern.In this paper, firstly, the current situation of the college enterprise education is briefly introduced. Secondly, reasons which impact the assurance of the quality of enterprise education are identified by taking Chongqing University, Southwest University and Chongqing University of Arts as examples which can represent the overall level of Chongqing in college enterprise education. The problems are:1. the goals of entrepreneurship education for the students are not clear and the objects are utilitarian-oriented.2. The entrepreneurship education is short of programs and materials.3. The qualified teachers for the entrepreneurship education are very scarce.4. The students lack participating initiative in entrepreneurship education.5. The culture atmosphere for entrepreneurship education is not prevalent.6. The financial support is lack.7. The linkages between universities and businesses are weak.8. The management of the students has many problems.9. The viable evaluation mechanisms in entrepreneurship education are lack. And then a brief analysis of attribution is also given. Next, the United States is taken as an example to describe the status of development of entrepreneurship education in foreign countries and the factors which they use to grantee the quality of entrepreneurship education. Finally, by making reference to the experience of foreign countries and the actual situation of china, this paper puts forward the solutions and suggestions for the quality assurance of the entrepreneurship education. They are as follows:first, the external path (1. Government: The government should leave some things undone in order to do other things.2. The enterprise:The enterprise should open to the outside, to combine with college initiatively and give manpower and financial supports.3. Society:Society should participate into the activity of the business.) Second, The internal path (1.The college should establish the correct concept and make their goals clear.2. The college should ask for the quality from the teachers and students.3. The college should pay attention to the design of the curriculums of entrepreneurship education.4. The college should change the traditional way of teaching and strengthen the key link of practice.5. The college should ask for quality from the learning atmosphere.6. The college should ask for quality from the management.7. The college should find a variety of channels to guarantee funding for the entrepreneurship education.)...
