Study Of Education Quality Assurance System From Independent College Built On The Modern University Governance Theory

The quality of education has been the focus of the society in nowadays, because the quality of education is related to the quality of personnel training, the survival of a school and the development of a country. At present, the scale of higher education in China is great, however, the quality of education is not satisfactory, on the other hand the quality and ability of college students is being questioned. To reverse this situation, there is no doubt that to improve the quality of education is the key, but the key of the quality of education is teaching, the achievement of the quality of education dependents on the implementation of teaching. Therefore, the quality of teaching has become the center of work in all colleges and universities and the key to enhance the quality of education.This paper studies the problem of independent college education quality assurance in our country and how to build a perfect independent college education quality guarantee system. This paper uses the methods of literature analysis, comparative study.Basis on the comprehensive analysis of the literature and data, This paper makes a systematic analysis on the education quality assurance system in independent college, from the three aspects of the independent college, the quality assurance system of higher education, the independent college education quality guarantee system discussion about the different education quality, the education quality assurance, the education quality assurance system in different types of educational institutions of the domestic and foreign education, it can get some inspiration from comparison the quality security system.Secondly, respectively from the quality of education of Independent Colleges assurance management, internal quality assurance system of education, external quality assurance system of education quality and of Independent Colleges education quality monitoring system to provide independent education quality assurance system of education.proposed the problems existing in the independent college education quality guarantee system. On this basis, through to the independent college education quality guarantee system in detail the theoretical basis of research and analysis, holds that the theoretical basis of education quality guarantee system mainly includes the principal-agent theory in modern university governance theory, stakeholder theory, corporate governance theory, education theory and the theory of public governance consumers. And attempt to find the modern university governance and independent college education quality guarantee system of logic. From the principal-agent theory, corporate governance theory, analysis the main body of independent college education quality assurance;On the basis of the theory of stakeholder theory, education consumer analysis of independent college education quality internal security system; On the basis of the theory of public governance analysis external independent college education quality guarantee system.Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the independent college education quality guarantee system, respectively from the independent college education quality assurance subject, education quality, education quality assurance system of external and internal security system independent college education quality monitoring system is put forward corresponding countermeasures, improve the education quality assurance system for independent colleges in China.In this paper, based on the research of the independent college education quality problems, in order to seek the correspondence, coordination and harmonization between the modern university governance theory and the independent college education quality guarantee system,to provide a useful reference for the implementation of effective strategy for independent college education quality guarantee,for the continuous improvement of independent college education quality guarantee, for the healthy development of independent colleges, provide some useful reference for the development of higher education for reference.
