In the current trend of internationalization of education as the background of an increasingly robust development of Sino-foreign cooperative education college up for our training in all kinds of new, complex international talent to play an active role. Therefore, colleges and universities activity in foreign cooperation and running schools is conducive not only to international talent, even more important benefit is the ability to learn from foreign experience in teaching and management, to take full introduction of foreign high-quality educational resources, but also conforms to China's "national long-term reform and development planning (2010-2020)" just to make the expansion of education in opening up trend. So, with the expansion of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools to improve and guarantee the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools not only in the protection of key international personnel training, but also the survival and development of university cooperative education the key lies. However, in the study of Chinese and foreign cooperation in running schools in China, the status of universities, quality problems, the author found there in quality assurance management and development of the bottleneck, at present, an urgent need to build and improve real rational and effective quality assurance system, which is directly related Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools colleges and universities to sustainable development.China's universities for the current quality management in joint educational status, problems and causes of the country learn from the current typical education in Australia, Britain and the U.S. quality assurance system characteristics, and to take traffic from the inside and outside the building both quality assurance system practice, the main part of this paper to Joint Education Quality Assurance System and improve the terms of reference for observations made, and constructing the relevant model system to promote their healthy and orderly operation and development. In the last part of the school in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as a case analysis of practice, especially of the school and a number of cooperation projects in Canada Analysis and Research, presented the advantages and disadvantages of cooperative education school, and the Quality Assurance System practical measures were explained to school in the areas of future cooperation, cooperation in running schools for the school run and long-term development of a good feasibility study programs, cooperative education greatly improve the level of our school and overall strength.
