Development Strategy Of Traditional Sports Of Minority Nationalities In North Guangdong Minority Areas

Minority traditional sports is a precious cultural heritage of China and an important part of accelerating the construction of a strong sports nation in China.The ethnic minority areas in northern Guangdong are the most concentrated places for ethnic minorities in Guangdong Province.Investigate the current situation of ethnic minority traditional sports development in this area,analyze the problems in their development process,to propose practical development strategies for ethnic minority traditional sports and provide theoretical support for the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities.This article uses the literature,the questionnaire,the interview,the field investigation,the mathematical statistics,and the SWOT analysis method to explore the development strategy of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in ethnic minority areas in northern Guangdong.Through field visits and questionnaire distribution to Ruyuan,Liannan and Lianshan counties,it was found that the situation of developing traditional sports of ethnic minorities is not very good in general,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of local traditional ethnic sports development are analyzed,and specific factors as follows:1.The advantage of developing minority traditional sports in ethnic minority areas of northern Guangdong lies in the strong support for minority policies,the rich variety of traditional sports of ethnic minorities and the good foundation of the people.2.The disadvantages of the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in the ethnic minority areas of northern Guangdong are the imperfect management system,the unsatisfactory operation mechanism and the lack of professional talents for ethnic minority traditional sports.3.The opportunities for the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in the ethnic minority areas of northern Guangdong are the positioning and implementation of the national strategic goal of national fitness and the development of the industrialization of traditional sports of ethnic minorities.4.The threat to the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in the ethnic minority areas of northern Guangdong is the change in the concept of mass sports and the impact of modern sports.Based on SWOT analysis,specific development strategies are proposed: 1.Advantages-Opportunities（SO）strategy: the introduction of special policies for minority traditional sports,extensive and in-depth development of traditional minority sports activities,to form industrialized operations,in order to coordinate with other Industrial Development.2.Advantage-Threat（ST）strategy: Establish and improve the traditional sports management organization of ethnic minorities,and improve its market operation mechanism.3.Disadvantage-Opportunity（WO）strategy: Innovate the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities,tap and integrate the development of traditional sports funds of ethnic minorities to promote the development of local characteristics.4.Disadvantages-Threat（WT）strategy: Strengthen the training of minority traditional sports talents and improve the talent management and evaluation mechanism.
