In recent years, with the wakening of marketing consciousness, the idea of "paying for service" has been accepted by most of young children's parents. Parents'interest and favor have becoming one of significant factor influencing the operation of kindergarten. When parents'power is determinable to current condition of kindergarten, parents have become the initiative one in the cooperation of kindergarten and family. Facing the society, which is full of change and complex, both parents and preschool teachers have to rethink how to cooperate with each other.In the past researches, most of them carried out discussion from the angle of researcher, administrator and education practice with a few from view point of parents. For the significant role in the growth of young children, parents'expectation on professional ability of preschool teachers is not only the reflection of early idea of preschool education, but also has direct relation with the self-evaluation of preschool teachers and cooperation between kindergarten and family. This study is trying to fix the hole and discusses professional development of preschool teachers from the view point of parents, and help preschool teacher understand the cognition of parents on their professional ability to fulfill a effective cooperation between kindergarten and family.This study regards parents as research objects and tries to explore the specific requirement of parents on the professional ability of preschool teachers. With the help of theoretical analysis, the study employed the educational idea behind the expectation and provided suggestions for effective cooperation between kindergarten and family.The conclusions of this study are as following:first, the expectation of parents on the professional ability of preschool teachers is focused on teaching, consorting with young children, organizing daily life and consorting with parents. Second, with the multiple influences, the educational idea of parents shows contradicted and changeable. Third, there is commonness and differences between the understanding of parents and experts. Comparing with the understanding of experts, the understanding of parents are much narrowed, ferries and realistic. The suggestions this study provided are as following:first, let teacher understand parents' need by extensive exchange of opinion. Second, let parents understand the special character of job in kindergarten by getting parents involved. Third, dissolve the contradiction between teachers and families by normal and extensive feedback.This study is insufficient in the depth of interview and analysis of data.
