The event high jump belongs to the physical-fitness-dominated Fast Strength Event. As a result, the force quality of athletes plays a dominated role in the components of competitive abilities.One of China's excellent high jump athletes Zhang Shufeng got the championship in 10th National Games held in November,2005. Luckily, he got the championship again after four years. This study applied the methods of questionnaires, literature, interviews as well as statistical method and direct observational method to analyze the annual strength training methods and load arrangement of Zhang in his preparative phrase for the 11th National Games held in November 2009.The following results can be concluded from this study:1.Zhang's annual fitness training for the National Games can be divided into two big training periods. The training methods of Zhang's annual training periods are different in preparative period, playing period and recovery time. The first cycle of training, there are 21 training methods for Zhang's preparative period, in order to develop all body strength and the lord; there are 13 training methods for playing period, in order to develop a special emphasis on the issue of explosive; there are 10 training methods for recovery periods, in order to keep power. The second cycle of training, there are 22 training methods for preparative period, in order to develop the rapid and special forces; there are 18 training methods for playing period to develop and maintain a volley; there are 9 training methods for recovery period to keep power and the development of standards.2.Zhang shufeng strength training for the dynamic training method, the main spring training act. Led to lower extremity strength training.3.The power in the first load is increased capacity, to increase the intensity of the load in preparative period. The playing period load is increase the intensity of the load and reduce the capacity. The recovery period of the forces of change is magnitude and intensity of the load down.4. Study in first preparative period indicates that there are some fluctuations in such indexes as HB, creatine kinase value, Hematuria value, testosterone value and so on. Moreover, the HB, testosterone value and T/C value were on the increasing, which indicates that the body function of athletes has got some improvement. Furthermore, good quality test results of the explosive strength testing indexes of fitness testing performance reflect the results of that Zhang shufeng force training for better results.
