Since 2014,the Ministry of Education has put forward the concept of "key competencies" in its opinions on deepening curriculum reform in an all-round way and implemental task of cultivating people by virtue,which has new requirements for cultivating socialist builders with moral education as the first stage.It has had a new approach to cultivating moral education and comprehensive development of socialist builders.Subsequently,the college entrance examination as the teaching evaluation mechanism and the target of further study selection also further changed during this period.The "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination Enrollment System" was promulgated by the State Council,and the "China College Entrance Examination Evaluation System" was formed in 2017.We achieved the internal unity of the college entrance examination evaluation goals and quality education goals.In the context of social development and profound changes in the examination system,it is necessary to tap the continuity requirements for students' ability examination from the "key competencies" and the "college entrance examination evaluation system".Consisting in examination syllabus,the ability of Obtain and Comprehend Information is a basic ability,which aimed to the National College Entrance Examination.It is also the key ability to achieve the key competence of historical materials empirical literacy and historical explanation.In the international community,cultivating the “learning to learn”citizens of the world also can not do without the ability of Obtain and Comprehend Information.However,most of the research on this ability at this stage ignores the ideological connotation of simple teaching,does not combine the changes of "key competencies" and "college entrance examination evaluation system",and does not propose a training strategy from acquisition to interpretation of a complete thinking process.In recent years,what are the substantive requirements of the national college entrance examination paper for its examination,and what kind of systematic training strategy should be adopted for the problems exposed by the third-year students in the questionnaire test are the questions that this article intends to study.This article attempts to analyze the history National College Entrance Examination from 2018 to 2020,discussing how to cultivate the high-school students the ability of Obtain and Comprehend Information in detail,which combined with the characteristics of historical thinking,and based on the information processing theory with the results of existing research.The specifics as follow :The introduction part mainly covers the background of the topic,significance,research review,content,ideas of study,and the innovations.Reviewing the newest research about Obtain and Comprehend Information from a flood of literature,we arrived the view that competency requirements are not clear enough,besides the training is not very targeted.The first chapter focuces on the interpret of this ability.It distinguishes the concepts of ability,information ability and ability to Obtain and Interpret Information.At the same time,this chapter gives an analysis of the examination requirements,aiming to clarify the exam requirements about the ability of Obtain and Interpret Information.The second chapter is based on the test questions of the National College Entrance Examination history national paper from 2018 to 2020,the characteristics of the examination of the ability to Obtain and Interpret Information in the college entrance examination questions in the past three years are analyzed.Through the classification of the test questions,the information presentation form of the national college entrance examination paper is summarized.The test situation of the ability to Obtain and Interpret Information and the test distribution of historical concepts,combined with typical test questions,gradually clarify the test requirements under the external performance of the test questions.The third chapter applys the theory of information processing,and analyse the high school graduates' problems during the Obtain and Interpret Information through the questionnaire and test results.Through the results of the questionnaire and the test samples,it analyzes in detail the problems of the college entrance examination candidates in the various stages of obtaining information,processing and sorting,interpretation and analysis,and output expression.The fourth chapter would correspond to the high school graduates' problems,according to the logic of problem solving,to expound cultivation strategy of ability.This part is the core of this dissertation.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.It reviews the evolution of the ability to Obtain and Interpret Information,refines the three points required by the examination,and summarizes the relationship between the cultivation of this ability and the ability to historical thinking.
