Secondary vocational education as an important part of vocational education, bear an important responsibility for the society to export labour power like elementary or intermediate technical personnel and skilled workers, which plays a very important role in the country's economic development. As a direct impact on teaching quality in vocational education process, the performance of Vocational education influence the achievement of the vocational Training goals. However, many defects exist in the current vocational education, such as lacking emphasis on vocational education teaching effect, ignoring the characteristics of vocational students as well, ignoring the characteristics of vocational education. Secondary vocational and technical education is also affected by the traditional education, old models and teaching philosophy are still used in the classroom, especially in the classroom teaching process hundreds of thousands of students are still taught by uniform content, teaching methods and teaching methods as well, which is lack of pertinence. In this paper we research from the differentiating instruction theory, and analyze the status of classroom teaching through questionnaires, interviews and surveys in order to find out where the problems exist and to explore the reasons for these problems.Innovation of this paper is to introduce the idea of differentiating instruction to the education activities during secondary vocational. Detailed survey of the present teaching status of some secondary vocational schools has been carried out from the perspective of differential education theory, several strategies has also been given based on the problems that exist during the survey. The research of this paper is focus on improving the quality of vocational education and the quality of vocational learning.
