Along with the development of middle and primary schools PE teaching in China, the same as the class teaching evaluation。Although have lots of PE class teaching evaluation methods and standards at currently, have some problems such as evaluation content single, evaluation tools and methods and have less evaluation of subject. Meanwhile, evaluation standards are using the qualitative way to evaluate classroom, there have direct relation on the result of evaluation with the evaluator's knowledge and the classroom idea. Quantitative evaluation is use PiChe and stopwatch to test the student sports results. So that hindered the development of class teaching evaluation seriously. If can use of quantitative and qualitative analysis standard to evaluate the classroom, reduce the human factor, so can let the development of class teaching evaluation to a more reasonable and broad way. This study on the based foreign advanced study, combining with the current physical education class teaching evaluation, the SOFIT data collection table with the sports teaching observation form (PEOF table) in Shanghai, Jiangsu, and all the other some provinces and cities and the data collection, PE and other data were statistically analyzed and students' activity levels, the classroom environment and teachers in three dimensions of intervention analysis of the data processing, developed conforms to our country sports teaching actual condition class teaching evaluation standards. Meanwhile using qualitative evaluation, which combine quantitative and qualitative analysis of classroom makes a comprehensive and scientific evaluation, in order-to resolve the current problem of valuation standards and evaluate table subjectivity overpoweredThrough the observation research and data processing, the following conclusions:1. According to the MVPA level evaluation standard, the P.E. class MVPA level would be further developed. Through change the teachers'teaching strategy, the classroom environment rationing, teacher's teaching attitude and enthusiasm, etc, these can be directly or indirectly promoting students' classroom to raise the level of MVPA.2. According to the each index time reference of classroom environment, sports class schedule reasonable classroom management; Explain the teachers' knowledge is higher, time is more foreign teachers note earnestly practicing and note the knowledge of transmission.3. According to the intervention of the evaluation index, middle and primary school class of the words and of the teachers nonverbal promote still need further improved.4. The advantages and characteristics based on SOFIT classroom teaching evaluation standard can effectively fill our country sports class teaching evaluation quantitative evaluation, and combining with the PEOF table, can achieve quantitative and qualitative analysis of classroom combination of purpose, evaluation for teachers can effectively provide straightforward specific reference and feedback. In the P.E. lesson using based on SOFIT classroom teaching evaluation standards has certain feasibility.
