Study On Job Selection Anxiety And Influence Factors Of Rural Graduate

Job selection anxiety is a widespread mood of graduate who faced with the profession choosing, This anxiety influences the effect of job selection, especially to the graduates who come from the village. Because of the complexity and diversity of the Influence factors, so the study on the rural graduates job selection can help them Solving actual problems during the selecting.On the study which used the questionnaire to the 269 college students, the result of the survey showed:1.《The questionnaire of the college graduates'job selection anxieties》has better reliability and validity.2.There are six factors:job selecting cogntion,job selecting scenarios, job selecting guidance, job selecting skills, the job expectation and the worry of the employment result.3.Through the Analysis in the Demographic variables between the rural and urban, showed:The anxiety state is serious in the graduate who comes from the village than the graduate who comes from the town.specially to the female graduate who comes from the village4.Through the Analysis in the Demographic variables showed:In the gender,there is a significant difference between the job selecting guidance and the job expectation,and a extremely significant difference between the job selecting skills and the worry of the employment result.The rural graduates have a signficant difference with the urban graduates.5.The job selectiong anxiety in the man who comes from the village has the negative relation with the social support, has the positive relation between the state anxiety and emotional stability.6.Using the stepwise regression, the state anxiety, use of the support, and nervous come into the regression equation, the regression equation of the Y=64.782+0.437X1-0.672X2+0.443X3 (X1 state anxiety; X2 use of the support; X3 nervous) can be set up by the result.
