How to improve the training results, extensive literature studies have shown that the most important thing is to make teacher training needs analysis. Between training objects and conditions are not the same when doing the training needs, which should be on the groups, the environment, and task analysis, which directly determine the effect of training needs.In this paper, the university teachers as a starting point, supplemented by questionnaire, of Beijing Forestry University, teacher training needs in-depth research, through data analysis, the following conclusions; First, the purpose of professional development of teachers is not strong; second, Teacher training does not meet the operational needs; third, a single form of training; fourth, the relevant leaders and departments, paid insufficient attention to teacher training, economic burden and pressure of a direct impact on all aspects of the quality and effectiveness of teacher training.Through the above question survey, this study proposes to solve the Beijing Forestry University, teacher training, the relevant recommendations and measures. First, the introduction of policies and financial security, to protect the in-service teachers the time and effort. Second, the training system to protect the scientific and rational; third, need to evaluate the effect of teacher training, timely adjustment does not meet the training needs of the training, the fourth, and vigorously develop teacher training resources, from the network to the master, and many experienced front-line Teachers. Fifth, clear objectives change their ideas.
