Since teachers in charge of classes as a operating post, teachers in charge of classes is always the important part of the school works, the main force of the school moral education, the quality of their work will have a significant influence on students’ future development. In this knowledge-based economics age, the requirement of society for high-quality talent is fiercer; as a result, we have more demands for teachers in charge of classes when they carry out quality education in first station. As the high school students in new age is in their puberty on the whole, the manage of teachers in charge of classes is more important, therefore, we have higher demands on the moral quality of teachers in charge of classes in high schools. In that way, how can we enhance the moral quality of teachers in charge of classes in high school during this new period? This paper main research method is questionnaire survey. On the basic of the study of literature, based on the results of practical investigation and research activities, form accept education goals change to the teacher in charge mental state changes, analyzes the problems existing in the head teacher training now. Reference related theory research at the same time, puts forward the effective countermeasures to improve teacher training and reasonable suggestion. To the teacher in charge demand as a starting point, determine the content of the training. In content as the carrier, construct various training methods.
