Once people lack of legal common identity and Legal consciousnes which adapted to Modern legal system, Rule of law will not be achieved.Minority college students are the excellent representatives of minority nationalities, On one hand, our nation takes special care of their interests by formulating relevant rules and policies. on the other hand, they are gradually taking on the builders and the successors of socialism not only by overcoming the differences of custom, language, words but also by hard work and Continuous efforts. However, a series of "ethnic bias" events which happened in recent years. like beating, smashing and looting in Tibet, and riots in xinjiang in July 5th,which both reflects our country has failed in Popularizing and saying the law in Minority areas.Hui as one which has the most closely and friendly relationship with the Han nationality. Their legal consciousness deserved our deep concern.Through the investigation and study to the law consciousness of Hui college students,We can not only understand their existing legal consciousness, but also can find the fundamental factors influencing their legal consciousness.
