The trend of highly integrated academics, based on highly differentiated disciplines, is a sound feature of the modern scientific development, as the inter penetration of knowledge is on in a widely scope. Especially since the mid-twentieth century, a large number of inter-disciplines have emerged, and this reflects the trend of the development of technology. As is noted by some thinkers and scientists, we are in a "inter-discipline age" now. That is why the inter-disciplines which should be regarded as a way of cultivating talents must come into the universities, furthermore, the way has already been an important aim across the globe. Therefore,we must pay much attention the role of disciplines in educating the graduates to improve the quality of talents, to build the world known universities,on the other hand, it is the best choice on cultivating the graduates that is greatly needed in the modern society.So inter-discipline plays an important role in cultivating talents, helps the undergraduates build reasonable knowledge shape, forms the consciousness on thinking in inter-disciplines, improve their abilities in practice. The article is to analysis the traditional bias ideas on inter-disciplines, the disadvantages of it, the unreasonable courses and the short-sight to inter-discipline study and so on. The article gives some reasonable measures by discussing some successful practice abroad. The main idea of the article is to strengthen the educational philosophy, promote the development of inter-discipline, make it in the practice of scientific study, build a good atmosphere in inter-discipline learning, to make full use of it, to cultivate the needed ones that suit for the science and society...
