Learning is a kind of experience. Only when it is derived from experience, learning can have real value and significance. Teaching students how to learn has become the primary objective of the reform of basic education in fact reflection is a way of thinking, whose thinking object is the content involved in one's thinking procedure and gives survey and analysis to the results and strategies which have been carried out. The purpose of reflection is to rebuild and change things into experience. Teachers should try to cultivate students' reflection consciousness, reconsideration habits and introspection skills.Mathematical ability of reflection includes three basic elements: reflection of knowledge, experience and skills. Reflections of knowledge and skills are obtained on the basis of experience, when the reflections of knowledge and skills accumulate to a certain degree, it can have a qualitative change, and form the ability of mathematical reflection, and good reflect habits can consolidate the ability of reflection. Therefore, in mathematics teaching, mathematical ability of reflection should focus on students'reflection of skills, consciousness and the form of reflection habits.In this paper, by using the literature research, action research and other research methods, here I offer the teaching strategies as follows:(1) cultivate students'reflection ability by permeating through mathematical teaching methods; (2) create relaxing atmosphere to strengthen their reflection experience; (3) reinforce guidance for students to working out problems and accumulate knowledge on math's reflection; (4) reform the way of giving homework and enhance the good habit of reflection. And with analytic geometry teaching as an example, defining teaching, geometrical properties of teaching, teaching three projects synthetic problems are given for the carrier application case, an empirical study. The results show that: the implementation of these strategies enables students to obtain the ability of reflect significant strengthening of the initiative was to enhance student learning, help students develop good study habits.
