Human resources are the country's development and rejuvenation of the nation's most important strategic resource. Personnel issue is the cause of the party and the country's key development issues, personnel working in the party and the country overall has a very important position. Nowadays, the competition in comprehensive national strength is the final analysis, talent, especially high quality and innovative talents. Training of graduate students knowledge economy innovation is given to the times the quality of graduate education, graduate education is to improve the quality of the core and the key to active service units of graduate education in the national innovation system, the focal point and entry point.At present, our powers made by the Sports Physical power forward, the innovative ability of high-level personnel is critical. Given the importance of creative ability, this study Physical Education and Training Master innovation as the starting point, the use of literature, interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, interpretation of such masters Graduate innovation structure, and comprehensively investigate and understand the capacity for innovation and its influence factors.This study concluded that:(1) The innovative capability of the survey group was composed of four factors, according to the descending order of variance contribution rate of innovation and passion, innovative thinking, innovative quality and innovation skills.(2) The survey population the importance of innovation is high recognition in the evaluation of individual innovation better than that of similar students on the evaluation of innovation.(3) Status of those surveyed overall innovation capability in a better grade, the average was 3.04 points. Ability to score in accordance with the level of performance, followed by innovative thinking, creative passion, innovation, quality and innovation skills.(4) Education and Training in Shandong Province, Graduate Education Innovation factors influence the size of income by the number of sort are as follows: school factors, social factors, individual factors and teacher factors themselves.The shortcomings of this study, presented to the next step in the direction: (1) There is no other professional sports included in the analysis framework, is a shortcoming of this study, but also the direction of future efforts. In the follow-up study, the analysis of different professional and innovative capacity of the existence of difference will be taken.(2) Subject to geographical restrictions, sample selection is limited to Shandong Province, is not big enough sample size, sample heterogeneity not evident in the follow-up to expand the scope of the study sample as much as possible.(3) In the data analysis process, no different grades and innovation between the sexes compared to the results of the depth, as in the follow-up study to build multi-dimensional comparison system.(4) This study has not addressed the situation, reason for countermeasures, this still needs further study.
