Study On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Internship Of Secondary Vocational School Students

In recent years,the quality of graduates ’ employment problems in secondary vocational school,internship as a new talent training model,by way of school-enterprise cooperation and effective combination of theoretical knowledge and practice,to shorten the adaptation of vocational students into worker roles in time,improve the quality of secondary vocational students employment purposes.However,the current internship in secondary vocational schools and did not,due to the lack of norms and responsible parties in the process of implementing cooperation therefore presents more problems,these problems inevitably restricted the normal conduct of internship.This thesis is mainly divided into the introduction of vocational students,internship theory and policy of vocational students,internship problems,empirical analysis of secondary vocational school students internship problems in the discussion and conclusion of five parts,in S County in Baoding City Vocational Education Center 2012 grade and 2013 grade two students in internships for sample found expansion the empirical research: First,the government level: the government’s attention is not enough,the relevant policies are not implemented;local government education functions dislocation,leading to the school.Two enterprise level: business to internship is unclear;not in place to protect interns.Three,school level: school internship for lack of institutionalized management;school and enterprise,the family can not contact closely;school education cannot meet the needs of student internships.Four,family: the parents of the internship are misunderstanding;lack of family education.Aiming at the above four aspects,I made the following countermeasures: first,government level: increase the input of funds,the implementation of the post practice of relevant policies;decentralization,activation of the educational function of local government.Two,the enterprise level: setting up enterprise education ideas,and actively create a practice atmosphere;the full implementation of co management functions,ensure the orderly conduct of the internship.Three,school level: to establish and improve the internship system;the school play "link" role;update the school education concept,the combination of teaching and the required.Four,family: Parents need to look at the internship and home school cooperation,strengthen the importance of family education.
