Secondary Vocational Students Field Work Problems And Countermeasures Research

Internship is an important form in secondary vocational school which can promote the combination of work and study and advance the talent mode training of school and enterprise cooperation effectively,it is an important way of practice teaching,it plays an irreplaceable important role in the process of personnel training.Internship is beneficial to the development of students,it can help students combine the theory with practice,cultivate the students’ practical ability in real working environment,improve their comprehensive occupation quality and realize the organic combinationbetween the students’ employment and enterprise.But due to the mandatory policy guidance,targeted content and complex management,there are still many problems of the internship in real practice.I put forward some suggestions and measures for improving the students’ internship in secondary vocational school by using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods.I investigated the practice of students’ and employers,the empirical research of the students and some secondary vocational school to support my suggestions.I hope to provide some provide some theoretical guidance for the practice work of school students post,and make up for lack of research results of post secondary vocational students’ practice theory in a certain extent.On the basis of the literatures collection,analysis and summarization form home and abroad about the problems of internship of secondary vocational school,I did someresearch about the 2013 internship students those who are in Zhangye X vocational school,the relevant leaders of the school,the instructor and the relevant personnel respectively by questionnaires and interviews.After sorting the survey results and related information,I found the following problems that existed in the secondary school: those schools are lack of awareness of the importance of the internship;the work cannot match the students’ major and the management is not perfect in the process of the work;the assessment methods are incomplete;students’ practice purpose is not clear and they cannot adapt to the work environment.As the enterprises,their participation enthusiasm is low and they just focus on the students’ work,they didn’t pay attention to the students’ development.Facing the problems that existed in internship in Zhangye X vocational school,I proposed some suggestions and suggestions from the school,students,enterprises,government four different levels.I think that the school should establish the correct concept of internship,deepening the teaching reform and school enterprise cooperation,strengthen the internship management;students should correct cognition of role orientation,to develop a good internship program;then the enterprises should strengthen social responsibility and arrange the internships reasonably,the government should create a good environment for the development of vocational education and increase some good policy to support to the internship.
