Study On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Internship Of Secondary Vocational School Students

Internship is an important part of talents in secondary occupation education training, educational quality of post practice level directly affects the realization of the goal of training, vocational talents. This paper aims at the problems and causes of the status quo, internship of secondary vocational school students, and provide the corresponding countermeasures.This paper uses empirical research carried out to investigate the combination of questionnaire and interview way. Selected to participate in the internship students and enterprises conducted a questionnaire survey, issued 800 student questionnaires, 16 questionnaires of enterprises. The questionnaire for students around post whether counterpart, the labor intensity and labor remuneration, practice guidance and treatment recommendations and requirements and expectations, etc.. The questionnaire of the enterprise mainly for acceptance and reason, the student internship related requirements on students’ opinions and suggestions, etc.. In order to make up some not in the questionnaire through understanding and idea of embodiment and expression of the quantitative survey, carried out in the questionnaire at the same time, 4 of the internship director of personnel, 2 secondary vocational schools and employment office responsible person, 18 students, 2 education administrative department related person interviews.Investigation shows, the current lack of education of secondary vocational school students internship management responsibility, practice process management is not in place, the internship education quality is not high. There are students leave school phenomenon generally, regulatory responsibilities of desalination, school teaching and position requirements of enterprises, enterprises lack of understanding of the existence of the gap, the implementation of the policy is not in place and so on. The reasons for these problems one is existence deviation students know, two is the effectiveness of occupation guidance and ideological education is not high, the three is the schoolmanagement responsibilities to the effective implementation of, four is the school training base construction can not meet the need of internship, five is the school enterprise cooperation in the breadth and depth of under fusion, six is the lack of participation in the practice the driving force of the management of students, seven is relevant policies difficult to implement, eight is a society for the internship understanding insufficiency, the nine is the development of regional economy and the scale of enterprises is not conducive to the internship etc..Based on the above problems and reasons, this paper think, the government should implement the internship security policy? students should improve the understanding, properly facing various problems in internship appear? schools should strengthen self construction, actively undertake the responsibility of supervision? enterprises should actively carry out co management function, the strict implementation of the system of employment access? community should actively create a good atmosphere for public opinion conducive to the internship? three-dimensional model establishment occupation school and park enterprises docking, promote vocational education and enterprise docking, in order to effectively help students in secondary vocational school internship work and smooth implementation.
