Education fair is the extension and reflection of social equity in the field of education, as well as the key symbol of modern civilization. The development of adult education should follow the path of fair.In this paper, with view of fair upon the development of adult education, that is the bright spot of education fair in the new period, and also the new stage of education fair. Fair reflected during the development of adult education, that's to say, adult education fair is the core conception in this paper.Firstly, conception and features of adult education fair is based on the conception and features of adult education and education fair. And from four levels that is adult education objects, purposes, education right as well as nature of education products, the author demonstrates that the existence of adult education fair is reasonable, also from three levels that is social equity, the adult self-realization as well as adult education itself, analyses its value and significance. Secondly, from the perspective of macro and micro, this research describes the unfairness of the development of adult education in China. Based on this, we profoundly analyses the reasons of unfairness from both subjective and objective factors. Finally, from five levels that is legislation, policies, economics, concept as well as adult education itself, this research is to analyses the supporting conditions of realization of adult education fair in China.This research, on the one hand, it can enrich the theory system of adult education and education fair. On the other hand, it has a positive significance for the development of adult education in China.
