Study On Teaching Staff's Structure Of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University

Inner Mongolia agricultural university is an undergraduate college, which is established much earlier in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and mainly supported by the China's west developing strategy. Inner Mongolia agricultural university has advanced so fast recently that trying to be an"outstanding university including both education and investigation and also an excellent university in the west of China". Especially, after the rebuilding in 1999, the school had large-scale developed and had trained a great many essential technicians and the elite for the development of the education and economy in the inner Mongolia province. Nowadays, with highly educational developing vigorous and continuously improving college construction, we should be aware of the construction of college, that is useful to keep the constant adjustment and optimization. In particularly, the structure of the teaching staff has got a problem, which is largely restricted and influenced the developing pace with smooth and fast in the colleges.The investigation bases on the research with the domestic and international theory about the optimal allocation of teaching staff's structure, and as a case of the Inner Mongolia agricultural university, which comparatively studied its teaching staff's structure's dynamic changes between 2005 and 2010, in order to improve the teachers irrational structure configuration, as well as promoting its managerial benefits and teaching quality, and managerial level, maximum extent to avoid the wastement of the teacher`s resources, and so that can establish the university which is adapt to reform of higher education establishment and excellent racial characteristics in the west of China.As a view on the content structure of the whole text, firstly, the investigation expounded its situation with the development of the Inner Mongolia agriculture university in recent years, and then introduced the theory which had theoretical basis like humanistic management theory etc. in this paper; Secondly, according to the situation on the teaching staff's structure during national average college and especially the China Agricultural university which has one-for-one supported our school and made up a index evaluating system; And according the comparement and study of the teaching staff's structure in the Inner Mongolia agriculture university, the investigation has gave a suggestion to improve the idea on it.
