The higher education transited from elite education to mass education in China since the late 1990 s. In this context, new established university are in the booming high-speed development period and transport a large number of intellectuals continuously. With the expanding school area, the increasing number of students and the improving hardware facilities on one hand, on the other hand, the management of teacher staff, especially teacher staff of basic subjects appeared hysteresis. As an university which upgraded since 2004, the irrational title structure, less highly educated level, imperfect personnel training mechanism of science school of A university hindered the development of basic subjects and even the development of the university.In this paper, with a thorough understanding of the science school teachers staff, to discuss how to solve the existing problems through the establishment of the incentive mechanism, training mechanism, introduction mechanism, and effective evaluation mechanism etc. |
