Narrative researcher believes that mankind's experience is story experience basically, the mankind not only depend on a story but living, but also is the organizer of story, The best way that studies a person is the story that holds tight mankind's experience characteristic.Leading narrative research to go into study education have important meaning equally:It puts together living education experience with the theory concerning life property thought, in order to use the way of describing the story which not only have experience, but also have theory, therefore can promote people's comprehension in educating. Teacher in the high school is a professional education man,but isn't a professional education researcher, in the educating research, because the narrative research provides for them enough free application space, in this case they will convert practice medium career into the research resources that can apply directly. So they can easily make use of it. Therefore, the starting point of this research is education narrative research of teachers in the high school.Now then, education narrative research of teachers in the high school is not system, also not scientific, include problem about theory and practice. To analyze the problem that concerning education narrative research for teachers in the high school and look for path is starting point and key to this research. According to narrative research and the actual circumstance of this research, choose the qualitive research. Under the view of cultural anthropology, for completely keeping teachers in the high school to educate the flexible background and material of narrative research possibly, display the present condition and problem of narrative research of teachers in the high school livingly. The main research tool is the method of narrative research, include a few parts as follows:1. Introduction. Understand the problem of the research-The Problem and path investigation of education narrative research for teachers in the high school.Then looks for the theory basis of this research, in looking back the foundation of former and related research, understand the value and meaning of the research.Finally defined the related concept of research:research of education, narrative research, education narrative research.2. Corpus. First, design originally study, Put forward three basic research assumptions concerning this research.Then explicit object and contents of this research: a few high school teachers of different school. Analyze their education narrative research, aim at a concrete research object, choose the research method of this research: Interview,Data collections and analysis, Observe, Case study.Then explicit basic way of thinking of this research:Set out from the qualitive research, emphasize to analyze activity of education narrative research of teachers in the high school. Describe and analyze some cases of typical models, scoop out the problem. Finally, composes an integrity process of education narrative research for teachers in the high school. "Delineate" the path of narrative for teachers in the high school with the way of describing.The second, According to achievement that studies of narrative research in different realm, for example the narrative research in history,the human race ambition, anthropology and literature, then understand narrative research and education narrative research. According to the actual circumstance that teachers in the high school develop education narrative research, wen can put forward the reasonable strategy of education narrative research for them.The third, with the way of "describe a story", describe the realistic condition of education narrative research about teachers in the high school. According to"analyze a story",analyze the existent problem in the education narrative research of teachers in the high school currently:understanding education narrative research mistakenly, choose the method of research absurdly, and the shortage of study resources.Lastly, according to the actual circumstance that teachers in the high school develop education narrative research,and the reasonable strategy of education narrative research for them, find for the path of teachers in the high school develop education narrative research, then present the result of research with a summary case.3. Conclusion. According to this the basic circumstance for this studying, generalize the related suggestion of education narrative research concerning teachers in the high school, Introspect and outlook the follow-up of this study. According to the existent problems of this study and put forward the diligent direction of follow-up research.
