High-quality, high-level teachers of any educational innovation is the key conditions for success, but also the basis for teacher professional development. At the same time, teacher professional development can not be separated from school-based teaching and research, school-based teaching and research to enhance primary and secondary school teachers has become an effective way to professional quality, which is an important part of primary and secondary school-based building.School-based teaching and research requires that teachers must take the specific problem as the subject, find the problems in their daily teaching practice, develop research plan based on these problems they come across, use each kind of research materials and the resources, form the research results and apply them in practice. It will make their teaching more efficient, and also will promote the students'development and professional development of teachers. The middle school language school-based research is a main part of school-based research. It can expand and deepen the connotation of school-based research, and has important enlightening significance to study the middle school language school-based research.This paper is composed of theory study and demonstration study. First, the paper hopes to realize the reality about school-based teaching and research by theoretical research. In the empirical research, this paper is based on two aspects:The pre-school language teacher and the language teacher. The former studies pre-school training. The latter exams the status of secondary language based research, taking four schools for example in Chongqing and Sichuan by the actual survey.This paper is focus on the question about school-based research during middle school. Through theoretical research and practical investigation into the current reality of high school language based research, this paper analyzes the current problems and tries to build a targeted strategy. Results of the study show that:Based-research is in a continuous improvement process. The understanding of secondary language teachers about the school-based is also deepening stage. We made a lot of valuable experience and achievements; but at the same time, and the corresponding school-based research security system mechanisms are not shaped. The role of school-based research is not well reflected in the school building to promote the professional development of teachers. The training should be improved, including training of language teachers and pre-school teachers. It is better in the situation in the cities and town than it in rural areas. Integration between teaching and research is not ideal, the contradiction between the two still exists, school-based teaching and research can not effectively promote the education and teaching practice of teachers; language teachers in the school-based teaching and research in the subject of the research is not reflected; The discipline is not notable. It shows that it is ideal in practice situation, that adapting the basic requirements of curriculum reform. School-based research can effectively promote the professional development of teachers and school-based management practice which is an important way to promote teachers research. And meanwhile, it is urgent to solve the problems in school-based teaching and research.
