School takes the initiative to reform will affect the ultimate effectiveness of the curriculum reform, also it is the key factor to promote further curriculum reform. The endogenous development of school's curriculum reform is that under the macro guidance of the national and local policies, school implements curriculum reform independently according to their actual situation. School's curriculum reform has become the core of school reform, promotes the development of features of the school, makes the school reform and curriculum reform have positive interaction ultimately.This thesis uses case study method, chooses C Middle School as a case and adopts the literature analysis, observed on the spot and interview to study the endogenous development forms and dynamic factors of C Middle School's Curriculum Reform.Finally it proposes countermeasures according its existing problems to promote the smooth development of the school's curriculum reform. The thesis is divided into five parts:Part one:Introduction. This part firstly describes the background of school's curriculum reform, Further sorts out the review of school's curriculum reform at home and abroad and discusses the concept of the endogenous development of school's curriculum reform through literature analysis and definition of key concepts.Part two:Study design and process. This part mainly relates to the study process, To provide a methodological basis for the thesis third and fourth section it describes the theoretical basis, the reason of selected case, study methods, analysis and consolidation process of survey data for study.Part three:The endogenous development forms of school's curriculum reform. This part shows a true C Middle school according classroom observation and interview, mainly discusses the endogenous development forms of case school's curriculum reform from classroom, teachers and students, school, school-based training, school-based study, school-based resources, school-based management and so on. Part Four:The endogenous development dynamic factors of school's curriculum reform. This part describes the dynamic factors from the support of internal and external environment, then divides each of them into two dimensions, the external environment are the decentralization of the relevant departments and the talent development needs of the school. The internal environment are the exertion of teachers and students' subjectivity and the demand for school development.Part Five:The endogenous development problems and countermeasures of school's curriculum reform. This part comprehensively analyzes the endogenous development problems and countermeasures of school's curriculum reform.
