Educational practice is an important part of pre-service teacher education.an important source of normal students' practical knowledge, and an especial required course with the features of integrity and practicality as well. There are many kinds of educational practice modes. With the policy of free pay normal students education, in-post teaching practice is increasingly became the main mode of educational practice. But during the process of in-post teaching practice, because of the large number of teaching practice students, separated practice place and so on,these lead to many problems, such as,teacher's guidance is very poor, the exchange between teacher and student is not smooth, sharing teaching resources is difficult, evaluation of students is not scientific.In recent years, informational education is more and more taken attention and accepted. Information technology meets the needs educational development in interpersonal communication, resources sharing, automatic management and other areas. I think, constructing an online supported system of normal school students' in-post teaching practice can resolve some problems during process of practice.After the analysis of domestic and international documents,the thesis elaborates the concepts and research status of educational practice, in-post teaching practice, and online supported system, analyses the situation of in-post teaching practice and the possibility & necessity of constructing an online supported system, proposes an online supported system model on in-post teaching practice, designs and develops the system. Then the system is used in the teaching practice team of YouYang. Finally the thesis concludes the system application results through the case study, analysis of the questionnaires and the interview.Studies have shown that it plays a large role in assisting in-post teaching practice and increase the performance of in-post teaching practice. It not only provides a space of exchange, resource sharing, evaluation and reflection for teaching practice students.but also provides a platform of supervision, management for teachers. I hope, this bring a new ideas for in-post teaching practice in higher normal school, in order to carry out in-post teaching practice better.but also to lay the foundation for professional development of pre-service teacher.
