| Sports development of small towns there has been a huge gap between urban and rural areas. It is because of our long-standing urban-rural "dual economy" structure, as well as uneven development between urban and rural areas. With the city "urban and rural" and "Health Chongqing" strategy in Chongqing, the gap between urban and rural areas will be gradually reduced, a small town sports development will inevitably take a turn in the strategy, this change is not only external mandatory, but also has a initiative of its own development needs. On the future development of small towns in terms of sports, mainly outside as a mandatory incentive initiative itself is the source of power. Therefore, under the guidance of "Health Chongqing" strategy, sports development of small towns is to look at the small town sports as a unified system, viewing the urban and rural sports development issues, requiring that sports elements among urban and rural masses have two-way interaction and optimize, the allocation, and exclude the isolated, one-sided development way. Coordinating the development of small-town sports is not a simple "urbanize the rural sports" or "ruralize the city sports," and it should be mutual promotion on the basis of respecting the differences. However, how to promote each other, it is a need to conduct in-depth theoretical analysis of the problem. To this end, we take some small towns in Chongqing as examples to analysis the status of sports development in small towns and countermeasures. Through clearing the role of small towns sports in mass sports, and then break problems the small towns encountering in sports development of small towns in Chongqing. In particularly, to solve the long-standing weakness that obstacles the small towns sports development, such as residents'weak conscious of fitness, lack of space, lax management, poor organization and monotonous activities, but also to explore a new way for our sustainable development of small-town sports. In this study, first, we used the literature and interviews to study the background and some theoretical issues involved in carding, and further to analysis small town issues related to sports development and do a theoretical bedding for further research. Secondly, we use field research, interviews and questionnaire to survey cadres, managers, and local residents in Chongqing. On this basis, systematically describes the operation of small towns sports and the impact and role on local social and economic development. Finally, use statistical methods and mathematical literature to do a comprehensive analysis on the preliminary investigation and tracking collected data, and based on this, conclude the impact of small towns sports on the coordinate sports development. Meanwhile, get a view of the development pattern of small town sports, and indicate the problems that need for continued research. The study describes the role of small towns sports in the implementation of "urban and rural" development and "Health Chongqing" strategies:first of all, the healthy development of small-town sports provide "urban and rural" strategy a new way of space and exercise, and secondly, solve the difficult physical activity among residents of small towns, facilities and guidance staff shortage problem. Third, the optimization of a small town sports consumption, and promoting the development of sports and leisure industry. Finally, provides effective protection for the sustainable development of society and the establishment of a harmonious society. However, there are some problems in the small towns in the actual development of sports, and these problems also affect the role of the small towns sports in urban and rural development. These problems are:first, the theory on the study is not perfect, the fitness and leisure of sports is not yet in-depth understood by peoples. Second, there are certain problems of sports development model in the small towns, the small town sports is a single development model, lacking of innovation. Third, the small town of sports infrastructure can not meet the fitness needs of the residents, and funding can not meet the normal development of small-town sports. Found for the actual problem, we have made the following recommendations:first, strengthen the government's support, promote the cooperation of multiple government ministries and enterprises, and increase the number of small towns'sports instructors. Second, enhance physical fitness promotion efforts and increase the construction of sports facilities. Third, seek of Sports and Physical Fitness works with schools to encourage residents of small towns co-operation with local schools to make full use of resources, and promote the sustainable development of small town sports. |
