Cheerleading is characteristic of skill-guide, in which difficulty is one of the determine factors of competing ability. Cheer leading refers to the churning, request lift, polishing and receive, pyramid combination, jump and dance movement, transitional connection and slogans such forms as basic contents of the team event. Core stability training as a new training mode is used more and more widely in each project of high level sport teams. With the rapid development of cheerleading, Cheerleading Athletes'technical ability are demanding more and more high and more and more comprehensive. As the axis of control body basic action, having good core stability can guarantee athletes in high-speed actuation changes in full, stable and accurately completing all movement. In recent years, Scholars at home and abroad had some studies of core stability training, but relevance theories of Core Stability training of Cheerleading Athlete are extremely deficient.This article utilizes literature methods, expert interview law, questionnaire survey procedure, mathematical statistic, questionnaires 10 teams among the 2008 Olympic Games sports show cheerleading competition and 2009 national cheerleading championship. According to the problems exposed by the existing training methods and the deficiencies of cheerleading core stability training methods in the questionnaire, we summarized carefully and aimed at to provide a better training perspective and improve training quality. The main research conclusions are as follows:1. Through this training to strengthen the output of a core strength, also make power generation, transmission and control achieve optimization.2. Core strength training is training athletes is key in the body should be in a kind of imbalance, unstable manner, or using instruments is not fixed, must want to control devices, such as Switzerland ball, balance-board, etc. This kind of balance strength training is through own adjustment unstable body state, achieve training neural-muscle system balance and control ability and a proprioception exercises, and can effectively mobilization hindquarters cadre in the exercise, and deep muscles in action process control body always maintain correct sports attitude.3. At present our country skills la fuck coaches in the process of training core stability, widely applied to differentiate between principles, the principle of reasonable arrange exercise load and system three training principle principle of intermittent.
