Experiment purpose:Current core stability theory, as a kind of new training theory model,caused the domestic and foreign experts and scholars of concern. Many coaches and athletesalready applied in sports training, and achieved good effect. This study based on the corestability theory applied in synchronized swimming, tennis and other sports, tried to itsapplication in the college of skills cheerleading training. Plan to improve the ability of thecore muscles athletes, to improve the level of athletic purpose. This study from reality, withthe skills cheerleading training theory to the new, we discussed for rich the method and meansto provide favorable supplement, further to improve and perfect the theoretical referencevalue.Research methods: As the object to skills cheerleading32athletes of the Guangzhouuniversity, were divided two groups of equal number: the experimental group (n=16) and thecontrol group (n=16), the core stability of training, the control group for regular strengthtraining. The two groups and for12weeks of training,2times per week training,emery timethe training for40minutes. Two groups before and after the experiment with spss17.0trainingdata are compared and analyzed. The experimental results: conventional strength training athletes in Back-Leg-ChestDynamometer,1minute sit-ups, static charged with two head up and single foot to stand,single fully set numerical have greatly improve; Core stability training athletes in the indexabove except the increased value, on the ball sit-ups, stand, stand on the ball prone single legbalance, sit ball single leg balance, difficulty movement successful completion times as wellas a complete technical level of the numerical score on have also greatly improve. Throughthe two group of training the contrast, the core stability training in core strength、 balanceability、the difficulty of movement is completed and complete set movement on the technicallevel is higher than conventional numerical strength training.Conclusion:After12weeks of core stability training and conventional power training,the athletes in the core strength、 balance ability、the difficulty of movement is completed andcomplete set movement technology level have different degrees of improvement. Butcompared with conventional strength training, core stability training has incomparableadvantage.
