| PURPOSE:Through tracking record of our elite male freestyle swimmers' training arrangement,functional status and exercise performance changes during the pre-competition, combining with the results in the 2010 national championship competition to analyze and research. The coaches are provided the basis for the future development of scientific and effective training arrangement, and establish excellent swimmers' personal archives of pre-competition training arrangement, functional status and exercise performance, offering reference for training and competition.METHODS:Selecting the 6 elite male freestyle swimmers preparing for the National Championship in 2010. Using HR,BLA and distance of swimming to reflect training intensity and amount respectively. Using HGB,CK,BU,T and so on to reflect functional status; Using the instant HR and the average score after the same training methods to reflect the changes in exercise performance. Carrying on the normal training, We record and analyse the swimming distance at various intensity levels,index variation of functional status and exercise performance's changes weekly, then we discuss the pre-competition status and exercise performance formed by this pre-competition training arrangements whether helps to obtain ideal match result.RESULT:1 The change trend of every week's average training amount in pre-competition training:the 1st~3rd weeks rise, the 4th and 5th weeks decline, the 6th week rise, the 7th week drop, the 8th week increase slightly.2 The HGB drops firstly then rises, it is the highest before a week; The change of the WBC count is fluctuant; the concentration of CK is little changed; the BU drops firstly then rises, it is the highest before a week; the T has declined in the pre-competition training.3 The pre-competition training situation at all intensity levels:The average REC, A1, A2, AT and V02max intensity training exercise in every week is accounted for 90% above, While LT, SP and little ladder intensity training exercise is less than 10%.4 After AT and V02max intensity training, the average scores increased, heart rate dropped, the part BLA dropped;5 In 2010 the national championship, the swimmers failed to get ideal match result.CONCLUSIONS:1 The 8-week pre-competition aerobic ability training makes a great value; the change of training amount and intensity does not conform to obtain ideal exercise performance and result;2 During pre-competition training, the arrangement of various intensity affect the change of functional status. Through analyzing the change results suggest that swimmers failed to get ideal pre-competition functional status, further hints the coaches should adjust training arrangements based on the pre-competition functional status changes and practical situation.3 After the same training method the change results of training indexes reflect the aerobic capacity improvement, the anaerobic ability degeneration. Most swimmers take part in the short distance competition, the performance is not ideal, the reason could be relevant to the anaerobic ability reduced.4 The 8-week pre-competition training arrangement is unfavorable to form the ideal status, and exercise performance drops. It is failure to form the ideal competition status, so in this competition the swimmers also did not obtain ideal match result. |
