China's Educational Inequality And Its Impact On Development Of Human Resources

China has made tremendous economic achievements since nearly 30-years policy of reform and opening up, but at the same time, the phenomena of social and economic inequalities have increased. It can be not only seen from the gap of residents' income distribution, but also been seen from education development. In the present stage of social and economic development in china, Education is playing an increasingly important role. In macroscopic area, education has been pushing the whole country or nation's development in the field of polity, economy, culture and society. In microscopic area, education has been affecting the development of individual and the quality of living. But as a result of the growing inequality of education projections, education is becoming a problem that almost everyone concerns. Because education equity is an important issues which involves the interests of each person. In the long run, education is a cause of generations, everyone and their descendants will be influenced by the education environment. We can say that education is a great tool to realize the social justice. Only when education is impartial, social can realize justice. So we must strive to create a fair education environment, which is an important measure of promoting social justice.In recent years, education problem has become an important topic Scholars from different research field have been doing deeply research about the education equality issues. In the internal documents, it is rare to find out the theories researching the unequal education problem from the quantity view. Based on it, this thesis will discuss the factors affecting unequal education by using the method of quantity research, and at the same time, this thesis will discuss the factors leading to educational inequality. It is hoped that it can be helpful to the research of our country's unequal education problem. Besides, China is now on the stage of implementation of human resources development, and education is basic tools and the main way of development of human resources, as a result, the existence of educational inequality would have a negative impact on human resources development. This paper links the problem of educational inequality and the development of human resources, and explores how educational inequality constrains the development of human resources. We hope that when we implement the strategy of human resources development, we can focus on the improvement of educational inequality.
