Instructional Design In Enterprises E-Learning Courseware Practice Research

With the quick development of internet technology, e-learning (Electronic learning) has become an important way to train enterprises talent in the 21 st century. E-learning realized the revolution of Learning method, make the enterprise employee training transcend time and space restrictions, which can happen at anytime and anywhere. Meanwhile, E-learning training greatly reduced the cost of training,keeping track and quantitative of the study situation of employees. Through the literature analysis,we found that although today's enterprises developed in a fast period, the E-learning courseware quality,as the key point in enterprise E-learning implementation,is different and not the same level. The fundamental reason is the E-learning courseware design often cannot meet the needs of the enterprises. Therefore, thoroughly understand the courseware design plays a key role in ensureing the enterprise E-learning courseware quality, and also has important meaningful to further promote enterprise E-learning effective implementation.The author combined with the teaching design practice in Shanghai SiChuang company, conduct practice research of the enterprise E-learning courseware teaching design work.The study is divided into four stages:preparatory stage, theoretical study phase, participate in practice research stage, introspection research phase.In preparatory stage, determine the research target, contents and methods through the literature investigation. In theoretical study phase, through refer to the domestic and foreign literature, understanding learning courseware design method and relevant teaching theory basis both at home and abroad, treat domestic enterprise E-learning courseware teaching design work from the point of system view. Participate in practice and research, real understanding of learning enterprise E-learning teaching work through involving the design of the courseware "the responsibility accountability course ". In reflections on the study phase, through interviewing teaching design team members, to further understand the enterprise E-learning courseware teaching design features and factors.This study mainly innovative points embodies in:rely on specific enterprise E-learning courseware teaching design projects, through the material analysis, participate in the design, explore enterprise E-learning courseware design method from micro aspects. Integrated follow-up interviews to understand the domestic status of enterprise E-learning courseware teaching design, summarizes the domestic enterprise E-learning courseware teaching design features and related factors from macroscopic aspects, offering a guidance framework for enterprise E-learning courseware teaching design.
