Classroom instruction is the main part of teaching activities. Effective instruction plays crucial role in realizing the goal of cultivating in secondary vocational school. Classroom teachers are full of frustration and confusion with all kinds of demand from outside and inside. The study on the situation of confusion about Instruction helps the smooth realization of the professional development of teachers and also helps the implement of results from curriculum reform, lastly enhance connotation development of school.The paper presents the current situation of classroom teachers of confusion and analyses the behind reasons though the questionnaire and interview for teachers of secondary vocational school in Shanghai.Chapter I is an introduction section. It explained the reason of choosing this topic, the research review, design of the study. The research review is mainly on implementation of curriculum reform, Classroom instruction and research in vocational and professional development of Secondary Vocational teachers.In Chapter II, the external requirements of teachers are analyzed, such as challenge from Intensive Development of Secondary Vocational, curriculum innovation, change in the quality of students, te(?)cherV own inn(?)e (?)tk o(?) conditionVIor develoSment.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview, Chapter III describes, summarizes and analyzes the current confusion of Secondary Vocational teachers. The results (?)how thD 6econ(?)y vocDionD teDcherV confusion in the instructional design is on the general level, while in the instructional implement is on the higher part. Specifically, secondary vocational teachers has less confusion on the control of the of the teaching progress, the classroom dealing with unexpected events. Simultaneously, VecondDry vocDionD teDcherV conluVon iVon the general level with regard to how to grasp the the key teaching content, what kind of teaching method is popular for secondary vocational students, how to transform teaching content, and how to use teaching media for teaching.the confusion on the task of the following problem are on the high level:how to take into consideration of studentV IoundDion D(?)d differences in the part on teaching design, classroom routine management, mDintenDice o(?) the VudentV'enthuV(?)m,(?)d how to make poor students participate in class.Chapter V analyzes core question on how such confusion formed, mainly from teachers themselves, Vocation school level and the social environment.Chapter V proposes the related solutions according to the existing confusion that have been mentioned in the Chapter III. Suggestions include how the teachers do improvement, how to give school-level support, and how to optimize the social environment for problem solution.
