The head teacher has a pivotal position in the school teachers, their work is an important part of school work, both education teachers, and managers, so the teacher in charge work success or failure on the development of school education and the growth of the students has an important influence. Yet unimportant things, working pressure is big, the teacher in charge work and the burden of teaching task and the pressures of family life, many of the teacher in charge in the work, life, often feel lost, confused and impetuous, and just these puzzled, confused and will bring the teacher in charge of the work cycle of adverse consequences. Therefore solve the teacher in charge of the confusion is of great significance to the teacher in charge work, has a role in promoting development of school education, it is of great significance to the development of students, the improvement of the teacher in charge itself also is of great significance. In this article, through analysis of the teacher in charge in the main existing confusion, and analyzes the causes of confusion, finally find out the countermeasures, aims to help the teacher in charge when the job is encountered in the confusion can be of some help to its offer certain guidance and reference.This article mainly divides into four parts, the first part, mainly elaborates the importance of the teacher in charge work, its place in the school, and solve the headteacher confused the urgency and necessity. The second part, mainly analyzes the teacher in charge of four existing difficulties, respectively is confusion of class culture construction, student guidance, education relations confusion of coordination and self development. The third part, mainly analyzes the reasons of the teacher in charge confused, the author from the teacher in charge of the professional ability, the influence of education environment, and analyzes the particularity of education object. The fourth part, through the analysis of the teacher in charge confusion and the causes, the author gives four Suggestions, both material and spiritual combination is respectively, creating characteristic class culture, to be born, to use opportunely method of aggravation, integrate strength, play a role of resultant force, harmonious communication, do the class teacher specialization.This article is in control theory, on the basis of existing research will cause in the process of social development new situation and the problems encountered in the practical work of systematic classification, analysis, and puts forward appropriate solutions, do the specific analysis, to the solution of the junior high school teacher in charge confusion adopted the method of unity of principle with flexibility, make its for all junior high school teacher in charge teacher is of general significance.
