In recent years, the multiple intelligences theory has become one of the supporting theories of elementary education reforming, which first started in the United States, where it has been put into teaching practice and has achieved remarkable outcome. It has been playing active in teaching practices while it has not been given due recognition, what's more, its application into the teaching practice is really rare. It is a challenge to politics teachers, hence, that how to comprehend this theory and apply I into the teaching practice, and improve the effectiveness of the teaching of politics. Though this theory is very popular by the theorists, it seems that it is not of great importance in real classroom setting. The reason why this situation occurs is that it is too theoretical to be put into specific teaching practice. Thus, it inspires that we should integrate this theory with our teaching strategy when doing research. This paper aims to design teaching strategies suitable to characteristics of the teaching of politics in the light of multiple intelligence theory from the angle of teaching strategies of politics.This article consists of four parts. The First part is the introduction part, which sums up the problem, i.e. the useful reference to multiple intelligence theory in the teaching of politics; puts forward the research objectives and points out the significance of the study and review related literature at home and abroad. The second part describes the teaching strategies of politics in the light of the multiple intelligences theory, introduces the content and main points of the multiple intelligences theory, and makes clear the connotation of teaching strategies as well as that of politics. The third part discusses the feasibility and significance of applying multiple intelligence theory into the designing of teaching strategies of politics, besides it describes methods of the development of various intelligences in a specific way. The last part proposes the construction of divers teaching strategies of politics, namely, differentiated teaching strategies, teaching strategies in diverse situations and the building of diverse environment for the teaching of politics, with the hope of making useful exploration for the current study of the teaching of politics in China.This article still exists with many insufficient, as author no rich of teaching practice as reference pursuant to, just by inspection books and journals literature understanding related research status, no in-depth to actual teaching in the for investigation, and analysis, made of countermeasures and actual contact does not is close, targeted enough strong, this need in future of actual teaching in the constantly to full own, rich own, on this research for further to expanded and deepening.
