A Study On Application Of The Theory Of Multiple-Intelligences To Ideology And Politics Teaching In Senior School Abstract

The Theory of Multiple-Intelligences which has attracted special attention in the area of education elaborates an understanding of intelligences from a flesh perspective. And its guideline is completely coincident with the general aim of the education reform in our coulltry. Therefore, in the reform of the ideology and politics teaching in Senior School, referring to the Theory of Multiple-Intelligences, we carl search for a new approach to improving the ideology and politics teaching effect. The thesis is based on the studies and practice of the theory, at home and abroad and it consists of four parts to study its application to the ideology and politics teaching in Senior School.In the papers of the first chapter, introduced the current situation of domestic and foreign research on multiple intelligence theory and practice, Proposed contents and methods to be employed.Chapter II is about the general content of the theory and the significance of applying the theory to the basic education reform. Then, describes the importance and the necessity of combining the ideology and politics teaching with the Theory of Multiple-Intelligences.In the third chapter, analysis problems in ideological and political teaching in senior middle school. Then, Discusses the new enlightenment of multiple intelligence theory to politics teaching in senior middle school.The last chapter talks about the teaching strategies, such as strategies on developing multiple interaction in certain atmospheres, strategies on developing problem-based learning, and the ones on carrying out teaching and learning according to different intelligences.
