Backyard-style education is proposed by the phenomenon, that's because of the over point of view of safety management for school, the implementation of teaching process do not conform to the national education policy and laws, the rules of physical and mental development of young students in all schools, especially primary and secondary schools. This thesis attempts to help schools to solve the adverse effects of the captive of students, to lighten the burden of school management that brought about to the concerns over safety issues, to explore an educational method that leads out the inherent in the natural or potential quality that is based on physical and mental development of students.In this study, the author chooses the schools in the city of JX as an example. Through the survey to part of the city's primary and secondary students, as well as the interviews to the five principals and some teachers of schools, access to data and analysis of this research to find a way of Backyard-style Education under the safety management of schools. So that primary and secondary schools can find a more appropriate means of education.Basing on the view of the subjects of education—teachers, students and parents, by comparative analysis to the Confinement Education and Quality Education, it establishes the Backyard-style Education definition, content and nature. From the study of implementation of the Backyard-style Education policy, it determines the Backyard-style Education approaches. First it is needed to reform teaching methods. Secondly it is necessary to change the classroom. Third, we need to enhance the quality of teachers. On this basis, the essay proposes the security strategy, thinking strategies and environmental strategies of the implementation of Backyard-style Education. In order to solving these difficulties, this paper proposes the countermeasures by the analysis of difficulties based on the theory and practice, then it measures proposed solution. On the view of an educational practitioners, the study makes reasonable recommendations to the subjective of the implementation of Backyard-style Education. First, the legislative branch should provide legislative assistance on the Backyard-style Education, such as setting the School Safety law and other laws and regulations, balance and increase investment in education and creative educational system at the same time. Secondly, the education authorities should build a good environment to Backyard-style Education, optimize the evaluation methods, place the oversight functions. Third, the principals and teachers should adhere to the core objectives of education, personnel training, and create a loving group of schools.
