AHP Based Research Of Evaluation Of Primary And Secondary Portal

Primary and secondary portal has been in a stage of rapid development in our country, and all schools have set up their own portal. The construction of schools'portal is an important part of the construction of shools' educational information as well as an important embodiment of the level. Portal evaluation has been an indispensable promoting the construction method as result of flourish development of school portal.Standarlized schools' portal construction, operartion and management, make contribution to the development of school education information.Twenty schools'portal of Pudong New Area was investigated in my paper on the base of reading extensive literature, coming to the three levels of indicator to evaluate primary and secondary school portal, then determing weights at all levels using AHP.Take ShangHai Experimental School for example, evaluate it's portral in practice using this index system, obtaining a number of recommendations on construction of primary and secondary school portal,aim to regulate the construction, operation, management of school portal as well as provide constructive suggestions for school information management department,thus contributing to the development of school education information.Two key issues of portal evaluation are resolved in this paper:one is the definition of evaluation index terms, mainly by literature review, classifing, summaring, screening for various typers of index entries with investigation of 20 schools' portal in Pudon New Area; the other is determination of weights mainly using AHP. Firstly, build judgement matrix by investigating expers' opinion. Secondly, compute index term weights according to the constructed judgement matrix. Finally, compute the final weights of each index term.
