| Recently,based on the "people—centered" educational thought, the question of the students'standpoint in the classroom-teaching has been paid more and more attention to by the teachers in practice. But the writer in this essay has found that this kind of attention is only on the levy of the theory, many teachers haven't put the theory into practice. So in the teaching practice, there exist many problems of the students' standpoint such as the teachers'controling of many rights lacking, mistaking, loosning and overflowing and so on.According to this study, the writer has found that though in the teaching practice, these teachers understand they must teach from the students'standpoint, but because of such other factors as the existing education and teaching systems and their own reasons, they don't try their best to think how to put the ideas into practice.As the time passes by, although they are in the classroom and get on with the students and teaching materials almost every day, they seldom with an educational eye think about the "classroom-teaching, students and materials" or "the problems existing in the classroom-teaching". Therefore, this essay is to analyze the problems,reasons and policies of the students'standpoint in the classroom-teaching.In this paper, the writer has used methods such as literature review, historical study, classroom observation and interview to discuss teachers how to try their best to embody students'standpoint beyond some limitations.Based on the study,the writer puts forward the hypothesis that:on the one hand,the teachers should change the way of thinking and raise the awareness of students and adjust the standpoint inclination and try to embody the utmost part of the students'in the classroom-teaching; on the other hand,the government should try to improve the current system environment to give a support in performing the students' standpoint.Only doing these measures can the students'study can be improved by the teachers'teaching.
