What’s the purpose of education? Education is not for people who want to enforce children to learn what they want children to learn from human’s excellent culture heritage, and also education is not for teachers to show off their knowledge and skills, still education is not for parents who are too busy to take care of their children so that they send their children to school. Adults’ society shouldn’t impose their desires upon them. Children have their own paths and end-results of development, and we can’t order or take the place of their rights of development. We usually insist the slogan that "All for children", but we ignore children’ ideas and feel. Education will lose tender sentiments if we don’t communicate with children. The warmth of education comes from the dating of teachers’and students’heart.This paper consists of five parts, which are listed as follows.Introduction part:The paper focuses on three topic reasons, and then the research purposes and meaning conducted in this paper will be explained. Later an analysis based on overseas and domestic status will be made. In the end, the disadvantages of present study and the important innovation will be concluded in this part.Part Ⅰ:Firstly, the concept that teachers should have children’ standpoint should be pointed out. Secondly, the development of children’ concepts and history should be introduced. Thirdly, the basic meaning and elements will be analyzed in this part and also a few relations concerning "children’standpoints" will be outlined.Part Ⅱ:This part analyzes the meaning of "teachers’ children’ standpoint" from four aspects. These four dimensions play an important role in education. Firstly, "teachers’ children’standpoint" can enrich modern concept of child. Secondly, "teachers’children’ standpoint" can make sure that children play an important role in learning. Thirdly, "teachers’children’standpoint" can help teachers improve their teaching efficiency. Fourthly, "teachers’children’standpoint" provides spiritual pillar for school to pursue life education.Part Ⅲ:This part highlights the dissimilative performances and reasons by the way of interview method and case law. The dissimilative performances manifest as some teachers lack of children’standpoints, and part of the teachers have the view of children and at the same time, only a small part of the research materials study on teachers’ children’ standpoint. In addition, some teachers have wrong judgements and inappropriate practical methods and even pretend to have children’ standpoint. These phenomenon result from the values of society, the logic of knowledge and culture system, traditional way of thinking and the restrained right and freedom of teachers.Part IV:This part purposes the effective strategies to realize teachers’ children’ standpoint. Firstly, awake teachers’ child-centered consciousness. Secondly, from a macro educational view, teachers should have a dialogue with children, have an intimate association with children and imagine himself or herself as a child. Thirdly, some practical measures concerning teaching purposes, teaching context and classroom activities are provided.
